Had breakfast egg roll sandwich. The ladies were so nice and the tots were good. The egg, however, tasted like hints of chemical. Definitely man made or a lot of unnecessary extras in the egg solution. It was gross. The bread was good but I will stick with Pilot food at the bigger stops. Bring your own sugar for coffee!

I ordered wings and requested that the wings be fried extra hard. They’re NOT cooked the way I requested. I had to put them in the microwave before I left. I won’t return. The cashier was very unfriendly. Totally a nasty attitude and no ranch or Bleu cheese was offered.

I was so excited to see a Charley’s this close to me. When I got there and realized it was in a gas station, I was disappointed, but it’s Charley’s, so it was worth giving a chance. I should have stuck with my gut feeling. I was not impressed. I’ll stick with driving further to get a Charley’s cheesesteak I know is good.

In reading some of these reviews, I feel like I was in a totally different place. I had the chicken teriyaki sub with fries and the sub was absolutely amazing! The bread was perfectly toasted and the chicken was bursting with flavor. The fies we’re good as well. The price was about average price for a truck stop. I am definitely stopping here every chance I get. The one negative is ventilation, the place is very smokey.

So unprofessional the employees where in there eating walking around with no care ordered chicken then had to pay for dipping sauce they said it didn’t come with meal that’s the first I have ever had that happen they where loud on there phones in and out the dining room area eating and running back to fix food the worst ever I’ll never eat there again

It should have been a sign when we walked up and a customer was retuning her food because it was not cooked. We ordered and 45 minutes later still no food. We asked for a refund and that took another 30 minutes. Staff was very unprofessional walking around vaping at the register. The cook could be heard cussing ant throwing a fit in the kitchen. We were there for over an hour and the only person that received food was a single female. The guy that took her order couldn’t figure out the register and gave her the food for free. Mind you, everybody else ahead of her was still waiting. We all asked for refunds and refused the food by the time it was over. This restaurant resembled more of a halfway house that a dining facility. STAY AWAY!!!

First thing… way over priced for what you get. Next, the “boneless” chicken wings are quarter sized nuggets at best. The hottest flavor with 2 flame icons was barely a tickle. The cheesesteak was built properly, but the ingredients were bland and the sandwich lacked the pop of a cheesesteak. The 2 stars are for: nice cashier and decent sweet tea. Overall, not impressed for $22.
