Food was okay but it really didn’t have any other flavor as if they didn’t use any seasoning. The ultimate fries are really good and the atmosphere is pleasant. They also specialize in Philly cheese steak and claim they are the best in the world. I will let my wife be the decision maker for that because I myself don’t eat cheese steak. Again it was okay but I wasn’t impressed.

The only thing about the order that was right was my blueberry lemonade. Fries were good but too salty, the tomatoes and onion were missing from my sandwich. I asked for the regular Philly and not the chicken philly sandwich. My order was correct at first until she went back and did something. I was originally being charged for an original and the blueberry lemonade until I called it to her attention.

The customer service here does not exist. Do not expect a smile or small chit chat. The food taste great the bread was soft. It was really good but omg their portions are completely off. Look how small the hoagie is lol! It’s a mini hoagie!! Look at the box and the width and size of the hoagie. I only took a couple of bites but look how wide it is!! Tiny!!! The Charley’s at the Arlington mall are huge compared to these. It’s crazy.

First time here and maybe my last. I got both small sandwiches the old school and the Philly cheesesteak regular. Took about 25 mins for 2 small sandwiches no drinks no fries. The old school is too salty n bread was toasted too much. The philly cheesesteak was great but too dry. My opinion is if you need to drown your food in sauce, you shouldn’t be eating it then. Overall sandwiches are not up to par when it comes to a philly cheesesteak either way you order it.

I came to the lancaster location and my sandwich was made incorrectly. I brought it back to get it made right and before I can tell them what the problem was the lady at the counter instantly said that she will take care of my order. The whole staff was nice and very understanding and made my 2nd sandwich and it was amazing. Fatima you are awesome. Thank you for the amazing service. I will be back and highly recommend this restaurant.

Very unprofessional. Employees sag their pants. On their first day open they didn’t have fries nor did they open the day they were set to open. I’ve come on 6 different occasions and each time they’re not supplied with something. They’re always “waiting on a truck to come in” for Large cups, fries,cheese sticks, tomatoes. One time I came and they only put chicken and cheese on my chicken California. I’ve tried giving them several chances. I wouldn’t be surprised if they close this location. I love Charley’s, I really do, but this location gives the brand a bad reputation. I’d rather go back to the Parks Mall location.
