FYI – replace the Cheese wiz, Mayo, Lettuce & Tomato & add Provalone or American cheese, Banana Peppers & their Marinara Sauce. Meat Cheese, Onions & Shrooms were seasoned well & not over cooked. New to Granbury but not new to me. Their Bacon Three Cheese steak sandwich is so good…add onion and mushrooms nix lettuce and tomato for me. Their Mozzarella Sticks are like most but the marinara is like pizza sauce, which I prefer. Appreciated how managaement handled concerns and questions. Hope they stay in Granbury:)
