I went and placed an order here yesterday. I received my food. Once I made it to my car the sandwich was warm not hot and the fries were cold. I was given fries that had been sitting there. I went late, so it was about 9 PM when I called which they close at nine. A guy answered the phone. I explained my issue that I had cold fries and my sandwich wasn’t even hot after they had just made it. (Not sure if they didn’t cook it that long or if they didn’t do the bread right not sure.), the sandwich also had bacon bits instead of the actual bacon strips on the sandwich. I’ve had this sandwich before from this location and it had bacon strips on it. Anyways, the worker proceeded to tell me that he was just a cleaner and he couldn’t help. So I asked for the managers name he said his name was Omar. I call today to get no answer not even able to leave a voicemail. So, I’m leaving this review. Please check your food even if you see them cook it because it may not be cooked to the correct temperature. I also feel like no one should be given cold fries as you have to pay extra to even have fries to begin with. Also, keep in mind there were three people there. Three people behind the counter making the food . So if the person that answered the phone was just a cleaner, there still should have been someone who could have fixed my issue. If you like Charley’s, I suggest going to the location in Lake Worth they are more customer friendly and food is always hot.

This location is inside the Walmart store. The staff was very monotone and unfriendly. No customer service. We ordered our food to go. It was packaged well, forgot to take photos of the food. The food wasn’t the best. There was little meat on our sandwiches but the taste was good.

I was there today and this two guys were super fast and friendly even though they were working by themselves they had my order to perfection just the way the i ordered it .
