First impressions are everything. Their first impression was not good. First off, the order came out wrong not once but twice. Second, the Ultimate fries were not ultimate at all. The bacon bits on it looked raw. Third, the sandwiches are small compared to other sub shops and for the price you pay it’s not worth it. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because the girl that brought out our food was very nice. The manager came out and apologized and gave us coupons for a free fries and drink. She only offered this after hearing us complain that we won’t come back while she was eating her lunch. Oh, did I mention that the manager was wearing a name tag made of duck tape? Yes duck tape! Oh one more thing, they advertised get $5 off when you sign up on the app but only $3 was taken off.

first off the customer service was excellent. everyone greeted you as you walked into the store. They asked if I needed anything during my meal and offered to give refills. The food was great as well. Not sure if they forgot the ranch or just didn’t put enough on my chicken California but no big deal. All around awesome.

The pricing of this place is out of this universe! If you choose one of the sandwiches it is minimal $8-$13. There is 3 sizes, 6in, 9in, & a 12in. If you want to make it a combo. They charge like $5-$6 extra on top of what sandwich you request, so we spent like $20 on a single combo. Our total was $40 plus tax. The mozzarella stick we had weren’t even cooked throughly. The cheese was still solidified. The 2 sodas I had tasted from the machine had a odd taste, Probably flat. Sweet Tea was empty, no telling If they refilled it after we left. I will not be returning to this place because of the prices they charge. I’m better off making the same sandwich at home for less & more delicious. I was hyped to try a new spot, but the bar was low. Went here for the first time & had an amazing experience. Unfortunately this was a really bad day for me personally, but the woman working provided such great service that it truly eased my heart. She was so polite taking my order and when she handed me my order (I got to-go) she stated that she “tried to make it look really pretty” for me. I honestly never get treated kindly, so on this day it meant even more. I unfortunately lost my receipt so I’m not sure what her name was, but 10/10 costumer service. (I was there Monday between 3-4pm) On top of that, the food was awesome. I got the “bacon 3 cheesesteak” which I highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back!

Ordered 3 sandwiches… when placed order showed correct on the screen but when we got them NONE of them were correct. Had to wait for one to be redone then asked for ketchup while waiting… and cashier who was getting it. gave me an attitude and cussing at who I’m assuming is the “manager”. Then argued with me that she didn’t have an ATTITUDE. Nothing was done by management to try to possibly keep my business. It was our 1st time and last time to eat here. 100% will not be giving them anymore business and won’t be recommending them to anyone.

The food was good. For a Philly Cheesesteak place though, one would think they would be better at their signature meal. All of the pieces of the sandwich are good, but there’s too much liquid and not enough toast on the bread to even out. Making that if you don’t eat it fast and immediately, then the bread turns soggy and doughy. I would recommend getting your sub extra toasted and asking for the condiments to be put on the meat rather than the bread. The food took a while to make, but it was fresh so no valid complaints there other than my own impatience. But the restaurant felt cramped and there was no flow to the building. I wouldn’t want to eat there unless I was alone.
