Located inside the Walmart, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the store was immaculate! The only problem I had was the wings that I got, which may be my fault for ordering wings at a sandwich shop. The quality is what I would expect out of Jack in the Box: slightly soggy and the buffalo sauce was very vinegary. The blue cheese sauce tasted like cheap buttermilk ranch with watered down off brand creamy blue cheese. Their subs have always been delicious so I’ll stick to those from now on.

I had the steak philly cheesesteak. The sub was good but was missing mushrooms and bell peppers. I’m not sure what happened there, but overall, it was still a good sub but could have been better, especially after spending around $30 for two large subs. For that price, I expect my order to be right, and I explained my experience to the manager who promised to make it right on my next visit. To be fair, they did do better as promised. On my first visit, I also ordered the Chipotle chicken & bacon sub drizzled with what looked like a chipotle mayo over the lettuce and tomato. Needless to say, this sub was amazing. On my second visit to this same location, I ordered 10 teriyaki bone in wings with sesame seeds, 10 sweet mango habanero bone in wings, and 10 new sweet hot honey bone in wings. I was very pleased with this order also. I will continue to try other foods on their menu and update my review in the future for an over all rating. Thanks for reading.

The worker here Oliver was very fast and orderly with my serving while maintaining a very friendly and upbeat attitude as well as a great knowledge of the menu and restaurant as a whole. All and all a great experience even catered to my diet and allowed me to substitute beef for chicken.

Walmart needs a Charley’s in every store. Unlike Walmart employees these people were patient and pleasant. OH YEAH, the sandwiches were off the chain. The bread was fresh and toasted. Every vegetable you could name was available. The meat thinly sliced and well seasoned. The fries are better than “McDon’t say it”. Try the lemon aid… OMG, yall it’s fresh! I loved it.

Order was incorrect. When brought to their attention the girl didn’t care didn’t offer or want to correct the order. Our first experience ever eating at any Charley’s we’ll NEVER return to any Charley’s anywhere in or outside of a Walmart. The person that incorrectly took the order left so it didn’t matter to them. Not a good experience

Charley’s located inside of Walmart is different but it’s great to have something different then your average fast food restaurant. Food is always made fresh! Myself and my family love the food here. Our favorite is also the LEMONADES! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I stopped in with my son to grab a quick lunch. I got him a kid’s meal (chicken sandwich) and myself a Teriyaki Cheesesteak. The food was decent. The service was okay. The facility was clean but not very impressive. The only aspect of the restaurant that was above average was the value of the kid’s meals. For around $5, you get a sandwich, fries, drink, and ice cream, so even though I wasn’t impressed, my kid enjoyed it.

I’m giving one star for Pearland offering something different, one for the experience. I ordered a Bacon 3 cheesesteak add grilled onions and peppers with lemonade. I go to Charley’s in Fresno often. (AMAZING!!!!)This sandwich comes with Provolone, Swiss, shredded cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and a pickle. My total came to 12.33 Below is what I got. I return the sandwich and the cashier tells me this order doesn’t come with fries. So I’m paying 12.33 for what looks to be 1/2 oz of beef and a loaf of bread? The manager comes up doesn’t speak, doesn’t offer to correct the issue, and then couldn’t return my money back to my card. As I waited for my return, there were 2 other people waiting with issues. Stay with your original Charley’s. This one wasn’t worth the almost 20 minute wait.
