So stopped in to Charley’s to try them out for the first time yesterday. And I’m a little on the fence about how to review them. So let me break down my experience. So we walk in to see their menu as it’s our first time there and we didn’t know what they had or what we wanted. I ended up getting the old school, my daughter got a kids meal and my wife got some lemon pepper rub wings. Well idk exactly how, but our order ended up getting completely skipped over and 30 mins later the manager noticed we were still there waiting and asked if we had already got our order. We did not. She asked her staff how they missed us and had them drop everything to get on our order and was very apologetic. Within a few mins our order was out and we were on our way home. So we get home and pull everything out and and start to eat and my wife realizes her wings are still frozen solid. She was very upset. After all that wait she now had to go back to the store. Upon her arrival the manager recognized her immediately and my wife told her the wings were frozen still and she handed her a cup so she could get a drink while she waited and asked if she wanted the wings remade to which my wife refused. She then asked my wife if she could get her anything else. So my wife asked for a Cheesesteak with no onions. The manager said ok, refunded our money for the wings and had everyone immediately stop what they were doing to make her cheesesteak. She was in and out within about 5 mins. All in all my rating doesn’t reflect the multiple mistakes made because when we all finally ate, the food was delicious. The manager was incredible and absolutely made it right. And despite some time lost she absolutely saved the experience and is an asset to that company. I had to dock 1 star for the mistakes, but if it wasn’t for her saving the day my rating would have been a 1 star. She was that amazing. Definitely a must try.

The food was great, (ordered the classic philly and loaded fries) but more than that the service was friendly. My first time going to a charley’s and the staff made me feel like I was the only one in the room. All questions were answered and I came in hungry, but left hungry for more.

Don’t waist your time or money here. There is an exceptional Charlyes about 3.5 miles away. I was made to wait 25 mins for my food. When they realized they skipped my order they went to the door dash section and grabbed food that had been sitting for as long as I had been waiting, to make my order. Food is cold as could be. When I said something to the lady she just looked at me and smiled. Even with gas approaching 6 bucks a gallon just drive a few miles and go to a real location. After reading several reviews this location should just shut down. Seriously this franchise owner should cut his loss’now!

This location was amazing when they first opened! It’s getting DIRTY!! Look at the floors around the corners of the counters and such… dark black build up is starting to accumulate. I’ve been in the restaurant management business for years and it’s obvious they aren’t staying on top of sanitation and proper cleaning. It’s sad because they have a nice building but management should take a look and layout a plan to tackle these tasks before it get much worse.

Although I’ve yet to rate the food, I wanted to take the time out to show appreciation towards miss Debbie. Although they were short handed today, she still was in a good mood and displayed excellent customer service. From the looks of other reviews I can see this is a problem. I ordered this on Door Dash at 5:20. Door Dash waited a long time for the food. Almost 2 hours later we received soggy fries and sandwiches that were so burnt we can’t eat them. We spent over $35. Stay away from here.

Their cheese steaks or chicken sandwiches are great and pretty big as well. Took me a while to finish it. The wings are on the soft side, whereas I them them crispy, but my husband ate 30 of them so they can’t be that bad.

Went through the drive through, had fast service. Decided to go inside to eat, was greeted and check on while dinning. I got the chicken teriyaki, it was a little on salty side but never the less good enough for me to eat. A little mad they didn’t have that special season salt for my fries. I would come back. Restaurant was clean, staff was wearing mask.
