Worst delivery experience I’ve ever had in my life. If I could give zero stars, I would because I literally didn’t receive food. I ordered delivery for my gf and I through their website and got a notification that my order was delivered… but it wasn’t and I had no food. At this point, I’m frustrated, but as long as I could get a refund, I would forgive them. So I called the restaurant, as the website told me to do, and asked for a refund because I didn’t get any food. They told me they didn’t know how to give me a refund and a supervisor needed to call me. I was getting more frustrated by this news, as I thought they would just be able to refund it over the phone like most restaurants/services. I gave them my phone number and waited until 9am the next day… no phone call. I call them again and they told me that a supervisor who could refund the order would be in in five minutes and they would call me back. So I waited again for over an hour and gave them the benefit of the doubt… STILL no call. I called again, gave them my number… AGAIN and they told me a manager would call me. I figured they were just lying to me at this point, so I drove down there myself and got the refund from them in person. I strongly dislike this establishment and they made me angry. They don’t even deserve the one star I gave them here. I don’t know how the food tastes though because they never gave it to me.

Poor service, no area marked for online order pickup, inattentive staff, no carbonation in soda, only OK sandwiches. Alright for a quick bite if you don’t want something from the Walmart hot Deli menu (which I would highly recommend over this Charley’s).
