Paid online for a shake but they couldn’t refund my $ when their shake machine broke. Instead they gave me a coupon that expired in 6 days. They put ranch?? on the kids cheesesteaks even though I requested NO RANCH. The wings tasted like the sauce, grease, or wings (or all) had gone bad. Large cheesesteak, which comes with tasteless nacho cheese, was the worst I’ve ever tasted. Inedible.

Always liked this place in the mall. Went out of my way to go to the one in the Walmart by my shop. Customer service wasn’t all that great at the counter when I ordered my food. But I just brushed it off. Got my food and the bacon was raw .so I took it back and they looked at me like I was crazy. They replaced it with additude. Unprofessional and unhelpful. The employee shown in the photo took my order and I had to ask her three different times to repeat herself. She acted like I was bothering her when I asked for ketchup. When ordering, she asked me what size cheese steak I wanted and I asked her what sizes are there and she rudely pointed at a sign and rolled her eyes. When the food came it was hastily thrown together and not very good. I will most likely never eat here again.

I went in to get a take out order and the person behind the counter was very pleasant. I asked how she was and she replied “tired ” then told me how someone had quit and she was covering two shifts today. I’ve worked in a lot of restaurants and I Immediately knew what she meant. The worst service I’ve ever received. First off the girl curly head girl taking peoples orders needs to be fired. Her attitude & displeased face is not appreciated. Order at 5:07 just boneless wings . Waited for my order, it’s been 25 minutes or so it seemed to be taking awhile. Then a family of 5 and two boys before them all put there orders in. And sure enough their food is right out. I walk up and begin to ask the staff why I had not received my order yet she ask to see my receipt as if she wasn’t the one to sit and take my order . I got one thing . Then just goes back to kitchen keeps doing whatever it is that’s she’s doing & does not say one word to me . No I’m sorry , it’ll be right out , nothing. I’m still standing here 5:36 pm and no food or simply apology is absolutely crazy to me. The family of 5 is already done eating and out the door.
