Ordered dinner to go and when we got home one of the sandwiches was the incorrect size. I took the receipt back the following day with a picture and the manager had a new sandwich made in the correct size and added a delicious Cookies and Cream milkshake. It was all delicious and perfectly made.

I’ve been to a lot of Charley’s Philly steak restaurants but this place has exceeded expectations! Fast and friendly but also very clean. I always get the bbq Philly steak and add extra jalapeños (it’s the best) with fries. Usually the fries at other places are stale or too oily, but it was fresh and crispy here!
