Nothing like being denied service because they’re “closed”. They took the persons oreee in front of us but not ours. They close at 6 and it was 550. Was looking forward to this and came over from East Haven after work and they turned me and my girlfriend away. If your open til 6 your open til 6, not 550.

I tried Charley’s for the first time and I truly enjoyed it. Upfront, the fries were just okay, but the cheese steak was much more delicious than I’d originally expected. The flavors work well together and the beef was tasty. I’d compare it to other notable sandwich chains. For some, I’d rank it even higher. The ordering process was pretty standard and the wait time was decent. Love the extra large strawberry lemonade!

It was before 6pm and they denied me service saying they were closed but they took the person’s order in front of me. Such a shame, was looking forward to eating here but not when I get bad service like this. If you’re open until 6pm then why say you’re closed ?!
