We pass by almost every day, and today, we decided to get lunch here. The place is clean and obviously new. They have a drive thru as well. Employees are very nice and don’t have an attitude like in other places. The food is a definite 4 out of 5. My old school Philly was pretty good, very cheesy, and not dry. The meat was a bit overcooked, though. The wings were average. All of our orders had fries, and oddly, all the fries were soggy. I think the best thing was the strawberry Milkshake. It was creamy and had real strawberries in it not just syrup.

I love Charlie cheesesteaks the menu. The pricing the service is above average. No matter if it’s a location in the mall or on either end of the orange blossom trail. You can always expect a step above friendly service from the staff. Good food and the way may not be in the best environment. It is what it is. And the sketch artist have enough respect to keep their distance.

The app and the register at the counter automatically add 15% for a tip. Tipped employees (servers and bartenders) take orders, clean tables, serve the food and make $4 an hour less than mínimum wage. Counter employees and cooks don’t serve the food and make regular wages. Why am I paying additional money without receiving that sit down service/benefit? And when I don’t tip, I get funny looks from the employees when I pick up food. I feel like I’m being unfairly charged and/or being negatively judged. Why can’t I choose if I want to tip instead of having to remove it? God forbid I don’t see it, OR…. I am a person who feels bad saying no and overpay for a service not provided?

on May 19th at lunch “rush” the parking lot was empty and there was at most 3 or 4 customers inside with full staff running the place. The girl running drive through and cash register plus her supervisor spent 15 minutes looking at me and 2 other walk ins and never took our order. they were too busy looking at something on the screens

Stopped at Charley’s today. What the picture don’t show is a small chicken philly with onions, green peppers, mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo small fry with strawberry/blueberry mix lemonade. But the trays are empty and so is the cup. Guess that means I CRUSHED. I am good and full.

Got a Philly cheese steak. Worse ever in my life. Main reason. When they serve you this hero the bread is so soggy and not cut properly. I asked them to remake it and it was even worse bread is so wet. There in trouble there. But since there was only one person in there for the 30 minutes I was there the word must be out already. I went through the drive thru this evening. The girl must not understand English very well as I had to repeat several times my order as she kept screwing it up. I get to the window and she gives me a chicken Philly sub when I asked for the philly cheese steak with only grilled onions and extra extra pickles. Then she charged me for two strawberry lemonades when I ordered one. She forgot to add my mozzarella cheese sticks after she said it in the order. I was not happy. She did however made me my Philly steak but without pickles. After several times of telling her I just gave up. Please get this corrected.

The place is new, clean and inviting. Our sandwiches were good but dry. They really needed more cheese and the meat was overcooked. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh which helped. The strawberry lemonade is good, but we were served regular and had to take it back to the counter. The large French fries were large enough for two. The place is worth maybe one more visit.

I did not have a good experience. First off, my order was wrong, and the employee working the counter wanted to argue with me. Then that same employee and another employee started arguing while customers were waiting to place their order. Shortly thereafter, all employees, including the manager, went to the back room back to diffuse the situation, leaving the front counter unattended for about 15 -20 mins, and while I was still waiting for them to correct my order. Just complete chaos!

I went here to eat lunch with my son today the first time ! Our food was very good but I couldn’t enjoy it today because of homeless lady came in and sat down at the table across from us she wasn’t eating there she didn’t have a drink from there. I’m not a heartless person dut I could not enjoy my food this lady went through the motions of having convulsions she was moaning out loud and rolling her eyes back in her head laying on the table , she obviously was on something and we spoke to the person that took our order Ciro and a couple other employees all they would say is that she had a sleeping disorder. I’m sorry but I am paying customer . So now every time I think about eating here that’s what’s going to come to my mind so I probably won’t be going back! Most places don’t tolerate people hanging out in your establishment if you’re not a paying customer!
