I’ve have gone to Charley’s a few times since they opened a new one near me and I’ve always like they’re food. But this time I tried having it delivered and boy was that a mistake. When my food finally arrived it wasn’t even warm, the fries were cold and soggy and the drink watered-down. I basically just threw the food away. So that was basically money down the drain. I will never order delivery again nor will I recommend it to anyone. I’m not sure if I’ll even visit another Charley’s again. Hope this review helps others not to go through what I went.

The food is always amazing. The service is good. They make the food quickly and accurate. 4 stars because the time to place an order takes forever. Very often there will be 2 to 3 ppl in front of me, and the wait to place an order is easily 10 minutes or more
