I decided to give this place a try for lunch. I pulled into the parking lot and it looked like a ghost town which should of been a warning sign. I pulled up to the drive thru to order and was greeted by someone who clearly didn’t want to come into work. I ordered the number 1 with a large drink. Something simple and easy. I was told that it would take 10 minutes to prepare. I was fine with that and pulled forward and paid. The guy at the window acted like he despised me being there. I was told to park and wait after paying. I waited 12 minutes and my food was brought to me by another employee who seemed he could care less about customer service. I received the food that was way to small for the price and slopply put together I mean I have seen better sandwich artistry at McDonald’s. I will not be coming back to this location again and I’d advise against it to anyone that ask. Why have a drive thru if the wait is 10 minutes for a purchase. Why be rude and uncaring to you customers?

Charley’s is an excellent place to get cheese steaks and other sandwiches. I enjoy their “classic” whereas my wife seems to get something different each time… and from what I can tell from the absence of leftover, she enjoys them. Good food. Thumbs up.

I decided to stop here because it was a new place and I was curious. Going through the drive thru I ordered directly off the menu. The angsty employee decided I wanted the ‘manager special’ and I tried to clarify what I was ordering… So she cut me off saying ‘just the regular special’? Lady, I don’t know. It’s not called anything on the menu. She continues to sound annoyed that I am here. Then in line to get the food… Now 4 cars waiting to get the food ordered in the drive thru. Not impressed. Been sitting here waiting for 10 minutes, still 2 cars ahead of me. Not coming back.

A new location so the place looks brand new but the cheese steak had a greasey taste from the grill and tables were not cleaned and the garage can inside was overfill and smelled. Typical location, counter service was friendly and efficient just the tables and garbage needed cleaning up.
