The service was really slow. Very crowded seating and very loud. Our order took unusually long to get to us and when it did, some of our entrees were not what we ordered. Probably won’t come here again. I do recommend the creme brulee though, very good.

My husband said the French dip burger was the best burger! All tables were half full with gamblers there, sitting to watch the screens. Had to sit at a shelf on the wall for lunch. A very large party had the other half of the restaurant. It was extremely noisy. I have been here before when seating and noise was much better. The patio was available but gambling smokers kept going out there. It was early lunch on a Saturday.

Great place to bet the Ponys. Food was fantastic Kylee our waitress was so friendly. Nate the bar manager is a great guy. They really take good care of my 90yr old father in law. I always know he is safe when he goes out. Thanks again for the fantastic service

Fantastic! From the time we walked in…clean, spacious, smells good, great service, fabulous drinks, yummy food! An unassuming location…we’ve been in the area for 8 years & had no idea this place was here until we noticed it while driving through the area one day. It should be much busier than it is. Take a break from Zipps & stop in, check it out …we were not disappointed one bit. Ask for Pam, she’s a great server, super friendly. Thank you, Kelly & Sal, it was nice to meet you both. Want to watch some games and bet on the horses? Well this is a place to visit. You can watch some games and do some off track horse betting. The service was quick food well it was a big patty on the chili burger was very sized but the flavor was boring. If the chance presents itself I’ll go and try another dish. It was a nice looking establishment and clean. Give it a try.

Update 3/2022: Still a fantastic place. Clean, attentive staff with really, really good food. This is a fun place with great food, and atmosphere. This is a sports bar, and they have horse betting on tracks around the world- so it has a bit of that Vegas sportsbook excitement. The staff was friendly, prompt, and attentive. I had the nachos and they tasted as good as they looked. The fish and chips were also very tasty, crispy, but not greasy. The manager stopped by several times and I can tell he cares about this place. We will definitely be back to Charley’s!

I was looking for a place to watch the Yankee game with my dad and my uncle on Opening Day last month. The game started at 10am, and not a lot of bars are open at that time. Charley’s opens at 9, worked out great. The place is immaculate. Breakfast was really good. I can’t remember the bartender’s name, but she was very personable and attentive. If I lived closer, I would come here a lot more often. 5 out of 5

Came in at 12:30p for lunch. Noticed most of the tables and booths were occupied, but NOBODY had any food. Sat right away, Informed the server we had a movie to get to, so she got us drinks and took our food order pretty quickly. Then we sat… and sat… and sat. 30 mins later I got up tracked down our server to at least bring my daughter’s soup order out, as we were running out of time to eat before heading to the movie. She brought that out for us, but then disappeared again. 15 mins later we still had no food, and our server was nowhere to be seen. Got another staffer to track her down so we could cancel our food order and pay for what we did get. She did not charge us for the soup, which was nice, but not getting to eat still annoyed us. She also threw a disparaging jab at the kitchen staff. Having been a server in a past life, that’s a major “don’t”. Still love their french dip burger, but damn, next time we’ll have to plan 2 hrs for lunch.
