Charley’s Steak House focuses on providing guests with the highest quality steaks and seafood available. All of our steaks are aged on site for 4 to 6 weeks, hand-cut daily by the management team and seasoned for 30 hours to create distinctive flavor. The steak is then flame-grilled over our 1200 degree open pit, fueled with a combination of Florida citrus & oak wood. This carefully monitored process provides for quality, tenderness and a tantalizing taste that elevates Charley’s to the ultimate steakhouse experience.

My date night was everything I wanted. The place have all the Vibes of a romantic restaurant. Our waiter, Adonis, was so attentive, sweet and knowledgeable. He recommended several dishes and show his excitement for each one of the ones we picked. Their meat was as delicious as it could possibly be. Never thought I would like 21 days old meat until I tried it.

What an amazing dinner! Our server was awesome and took great care of us. It was my first visit and she gave us the grand tour, brought out the meat platters, and gave us great suggestions. The food was spectacular. We got the 50 oz porterhouse and they cut it at the table, cooked perfectly with truffle butter. We had a 24oz lobster tail, unfortunately was over cooked but they took care of it. Great quality steaks and will make me come back just for that! For dessert we got the sweet butter cake and OMG it was amazing. A MUST VISIT!

Just came here for the first time and was blown away by the experience. Our server was absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable and very attentive. The table side steak presentation was really helpful in deciding what to get. I had the bison steak for something different, and it was very flavorful. We had the escargot for an appetizer, and it was excellent. It was better than I’ve had at some French restaurants. The butter cake for dessert was another stand out.

It was our first time dining at Charley’s and both my husband and myself were extremely impressed ! We had great service and everyone we came in contact with was very pleasant which is a great plus ! We both ordered the 24 oZ porterhouse which was delicious and we really enjoyed the salad they give you and loved the broccoli and lobster Mac and cheese apps! Honestly no complaints- we will definitely be back and would recommend to others for sure !

We had such a great time in Charlie’s steak house with our family. We celebrated my sister in law birthday. The steak was delicious and also the appetizers we ordered. This was our first time here but we will love to go back again. Did not take much pictures of the food.

Thank you Charley’s for the most memorable evening. From the valet to the water service, everything exceed expectations. Shout out to Daryl who was one one the best in hospitality we have ever had (and that is coming from two people in the industry). From fork to spoon this was a night to remember. You have life long patrons now. Hands down the best meal we have had in 2023. Wagyu tomahawk and the Caribbean lobster tail was beyond words. And let’s talk about that cedar plank cauliflower …. trust me. Get it.

We had a wonderful time at Charley’s! Was our first time here for our anniversary and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our server was Brooke and she was extremely helpful and pleasant. The house salad and cheese rolls were excellent. I got the 12 oz filet and my husband got the 24 porterhouse with added crabmeat. We got the lobster Mac and cheese to share and it was wonderful. They left a nice letter on the table for our anniversary along with providing a nice desert. Definitely recommend.

The food was fantastic (pork chop, steak, and cauliflower). The service was very good but we had a big party and it was a nightmare because they won’t divide the checks. So on my birthday, we were stuck with an extra $60, which was mostly because they overcharged us for 2 extra cauliflowers which we didn’t realize that night. We wrote them and they were apologetic and gave us a gift card which we appreciate but it still took away from the evening having it so confusing at the end with the bill. I won’t go there again with a big party until they change that policy.

Excellent service and what a great old school 1950s vibe. Beautifully prepared foods with generous portions. The host greeted me at the door like a VIP and I chose to sit at the bar, really good conversation and service by Derrick. The wine list was impressive, which I paired my Bison ribeye with a Côte Rôtie. There’s a lot of pride here, you can see it in the exposed kitchen grill and they way the staff are all active listening to each other. The owner should be proud of the GM here.

Fantastic food! Wonderful experience. The steak tartar, lobster bisque, bone in ribeye, and smoked old fashion was fantastic. Highly recommend their teriyaki sauce and mushrooms so worth it. This is my favorite food so far in Tampa and second in experience only to Bern’s solely on the dessert room. I will be more of a regular at this restaurant for sure. Ask for Daryl as a server. Fantastic service and made the dining experience fun.
