Charlie B’s has some of the best ribs I’ve ever had in my life. His new location is on Avenue of the States in the city of Chester, PA. Still not sure about the hours though.

Great food, but just like another reviewer said the hours since I started going there have gone from Thursday-Sunday down to just Saturdays…and even that doesn’t happen sometimes. The guy that runs the place is very nice. Just wish they had more hours!
