Great experience at Charlie K’s! They helped me put together an order of brisket, pulled pork & Mac-n-cheese for our daughter’s grad party. Got some nice fresh rolls to go with it, too. Everything was delicious, and the staff was so helpful over the phone and when we arrived for pickup. I especially appreciated it since it was a last-minute order (and a holiday weekend!), but they were still so accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great BBQ! Worth noting that ribs aren’t usually available until 1pm and turkey is available on Saturdays but not on Fridays. The chicken is phenomenal!

We stopped at the farmers market next door and we’re lured over to Charlie K’s because of the wonderful smell of barbecue. We were very disappointed. I don’t see what everybody raves about in these reviews. Maybe because they’ve never had real BBQ like I have, from North Carolina, Memphis, Kansas City, and Austin.

Definitely worth the stop for some good brisket. My wife had the pull pork sandwich she loved it. The grill chef brought us some grilled chicken to try it was delicious.

Tried Charlie K’s for the first time today and we were not disappointed. Both the brisket and the pulled pork were delicious. The meats were high quality and done to perfection. Other customers were ordering chicken and ribs which I suspect are just as good. The service was great too…the young men taking and serving up the orders were both pleasant and efficient. There was a line of customers at 11:10 and they only open at 11:00! Can’t wait to go back and try something different!

Looking for BBQ, well I do love brisket but this one lacks that smoked flavor and sliced that I’m use to. If you love shredded brisket then you won’t be disappointed, the sides was good except for their minced style coleslaw, and the mac n cheese tasted like it was out of a box. The flavors are good but it missed the mark of a great BBQ, friendly staff with an outdoor Porto potty.

I wanted to try this place all week, and I’m glad we finally made the stop. We bought 3 whole chickens and 1 lb of pork. The chicken had a delicious strong smokey flavor and was very moist. The pork was also juicy and full of flavor. Their BBQ sauce is excellent. They should sell it by the jar! We will be back!
