Since it was me and my boyfriend’s last night in NY, we wanted to enjoy this special evening at a fine place. This place was just everything that we were looking for. Definitely a modern French restaurant, with amazing food, friendly staff with great service. Our server (forgot his name) really made us feel comfortable and was really kind enough to give us this beautiful dessert. Dinner at Charlie Palmer’s was definitely one of our best moments in the NYC.

My experience at Charlie Palmer was amazing from the food to the exceptional service. The food and drinks was very good. We started with the oysters, tuna tartare, lobster bisque and jumbo shrimp cocktail. I enjoyed them all I really can’t pick a favorite. For dinner we had the filet, New York strip, mac and cheese, saute mushrooms, and cream spinach. We finished with the cheesecake and chocolate cake.

Amazing. Service from both Ulysses and the sommelier was excellent and exceptional! These guys have worked there for plus 10 years which says a lot. It’s expensive but worth it for quality food and wine ! It’s a shame that the Charlie Palmer @The Knick across the road lets down this namesake so make sure you get the right one !

We came in for dinner on a Friday night and it was absolutely delicious. Our server, Jason, had a great personality and made some delicious recommendations for drinks and food. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, the sides were nice and hot and able to serve multiple people, and the dessert…the chocolate cake with the salted chocolate ice cream was the perfect ending to the meal. We left full, and ready to come back for more next time we visit.

Wow! This restaurant is amazing. We were extremely lucky to have Cat as our waiter. He was super friendly and made my husbands birthday so special. We started off our night with some complimentary champagne. I don’t even know where to start with the food we ate tonight. 10/10 for everything. We started off with the scallop sandwiches and tuna tartare which were both out of this world. For our entrees we got the wagyu and the filet mignon with the CP sauce. Cooked to perfection and the flavors were to die for. For our sides we got the potato purée and the lobster Mac and cheese. But wait, there’s more, we ended the night with the chocolate cake and a cheesecake because we couldn’t decide between the two. It is not often I rate restaurants a 10/10 but this place and our waiter (and all of the staff) deserve it. We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much for everything!
