Rachel gave us exceptional service and the food was absolutely perfect. The cook is to be commended. Everything was cooked to perfection and the portions were plentiful. This is definitely our go to place. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

My favorite local dining place. Probably in once a week average. All of the food I’ve had is excellent to decent. Prices are pretty good. Staff is very friendly for the most part. Scenery isn’t quite as good as other places in the area, although they have no control over this. They do have outside seating in nicer weather where you can watch traffic on Lansing Rd, which I enjoy. Several tvs and not all with sports that involve chasing balls. They often have hunting or fishing on behind the bar. I wish more places would offer an alternative like this for people who aren’t jocks.

They have good food but significant management problems. I’d love if they could fix their issues. The manager is liable to verbally or physically assault you, and the owner (manager’s brother) hasn’t done anything to curb this behavior.
