I’ve been going here for over 30 years, and the food has always been great. They recently changed several things, its still good but not the same. Why change something that has worked for so long and what people love. They got rid of the sesame seed buns, which they were well known for and changed the amount of fries and you have to remember to order a Usual vs a small personal which isn’t a big deal compared to the buns. The cheese seems to possibly be different, too.

Continue to receive small order of fries after ordering and paying for “the usual” this last round was barely cooked. Not sure how to get what was paid for, seems to be a repeating issue. Went inside for a change and the place is covered in gnats.

Was excited to try this place today because of its great reviews, but didn’t get to due to its horrible customer service. We waited in the drive thru line for a while and pulled up but no one took our order after we called out to “anyone” for several minutes. We then decided to dine in but also waited for over 10 minutes right in front of the cashier lady whom NEVER even acknowledged us . I understand they were probably busy but she could have AT LEAST greeted us and told us it would be a little while til she took our order. We ended up just walking out and going to another local burger place. Word to the owner, maybe consider training the team a little better to handle customers during busy times. Good luck!

The girls in there are pretty rude and seem very confused. I was polite as could be and still tipped, but the point is I left fuming with the women working back there. Luckily my burger was so good it tamed the flames

If you like mid, pull up. Definitely nothing great, ok burger with freezer aisle fries. Only have American cheese? Overall just whatever.
