I stopped by for a 12 piece chunk, slaw, mashed potatoes and gravy to go. Gotta say it was a solid experience with great food and fast, friendly service. It seemed a bit pricey until I took into account I got enough food for 3 but, I ate 2/3 of it. It’s not Charlie’s fault I went full tilt fat kid but, we both got plenty to eat. Definitely worth the visit.

Had to be the worst chicken I have ever ate. Kentucky fried chicken was way better than this place. I honestly wished I would not have wasted my money here. When it was brought to there attention that the food was horrible the employees did not seem to care don’t waste your time or money going to this place you will regret it.

Food was very good today. It has been greasy in the past or spent too much time in the serving tray. Today the chicken fried steak was incredible. Crisp and cooked perfectly. The Mac and cheese was fresh and hot as opposed the clay-like clump that is served elsewhere. My only criticism would be that they were a little stingy with the gravy. No one likes to eat dry mashed potatoes. Staff is always friendly and the line always moves quickly. Great place to eat!

Was the worste charlies chicken I’ve ever ate at. The food was extremely blank and paid over 65.00 for 2 people to eat. And was excited for it and had the worst tasting food in my life and brought over 1/4 of my meal hm. After having to ask numerous times for to go box and sack. Then when we were still in parking lot looking over receipt for the food we didn’t eat. And called the business back like it said to do on receipt and they would give refund or make it right but after eating that wanted just refund like the receipts state kn it and when calling the manager of the place she had to call her boss and would call me back. When she called back she informed me that because we didn’t complain while we were in there eating they would not do what the receipt stated will give refund or make right if your not satisfied or happy with food. WELL I WAS TOLD They wouldn’t do either and i could call general manager tomorrow and discuss it with Hannah the g.m. Which I’m not happy about this false advertising on receipt. Especially whe. Don’t even live close to there at all. Now having to rearrange this next week’s appointment I have because they don’t follow their own rules or statements in black and white. Would never recommend anyone to eat there because the food is awful and the business stinks when you go inside the restaurant. Needs to be cleaned or shut down. Will never eat there again
