What an awful experience. Thought I’d escape the madness and attempt to bring my two small children here for a fun experience, but we were rudely greeted by a female waitress- when the sign says, please wait to be seated. Pointed for us to have a seat. My 1.5 year old needed a high chair and I stood there lost and had to ask her. God forbid. Her mood was not very welcoming. I just wanted to leave, but ordered lightly as my son wasn’t about to last. I rushed to eat and of course, when I wanted to leave, she disappears, after seeing me pack up. Also, when you are speaking Spanish, you may want to consider others around you, like myself, may know a bit. I waited anxiously to pay with a line behind me and tried OVER tipping, to be nice as maybe she was having a day like myself. I will never be back here and tell your server, she may want to consider smiling a bit as it could make someone’s day. Food was eh, vibe wasn’t great, and I’m not hard to please.

Corned beef hash with two eggs over easy. Biscuits. Pancakes. All su-PERB. Folks fly their Cessnas in for breakfast at Charlie’s just off the runway. Great place for kids, with adjacent Illinois Air Museum. Don’t miss this Naperville gem..

I’ve tried this place several times since they’ve opened, and the food is really good. I’ve tried the original cheesesteak, the chicken Philly, and the old school Philly cheesesteak, and all were very good. The staff are friendly, fast, and attentive. There was only one Friday night I went and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed with all the offers. However, they all worked well together to keep a handle on things and get the food out to customers in a timely fashion. All while remaining pleasant, helpful, and attentive.
