The hamburger is too delicious! it only takes a little over 15 minutes to get your food ready! We will definitely come back, it has become our favorite place, the staff is very friendly. Perhaps they could improve their cleaning inside because there were many cobwebs at the entrance to the bathrooms, everything else was incredible!

Ahhhhh…the unpretentious shall inherent the earth…. You’ll find this kind of diner/restaurant in the Movies….casual, simple, not full of itself. You’ll get efficient, Friendly service at Charlie’s, and you’re there for the food, right? Count on large portions, good variety and fresh, tasty dishes. There’s a small inside setting, or enjoy the Vineyard views from the spacious outdoor patio. It’s the Restaurant at the End of the Known World… Next stop…The Great Outdoors! It’s a real hidden gem!

What a gem! I was craving some home cooked breakfast and Charlie’s served it up. The biscuits and gravy were hot, flaky, and generous. The half portion was enough to fill me up. The gravy had bits of bacon and sausage, a nice creamy texture (not gelatinous), and the biscuit was buttery. Perfect! My husband got the Denver omelet and loved it just as much. Cozy decor & the staff was as friendly as can be. I’ll be back!

The hamburger was simple and tasty (single cheeseburger with pepper jack) the fries were good and the beer is reasonably priced (draft blue moon). Charlie’s is a good place to stop for a old school hamburger and beer. The servers were really nice to.

We stopped in on our way back to L.A. had the 1/4 lb cheeseburger, mom had patty melt my son had a double mushroom burger with cheese. Very fresh. Delicious. Bonnie was a server.

If you’re looking for a fancy meal, choose one of the other great restaurants in Los Alamos. But if you’re looking for a delicious cheesy burger to soak up all that alcohol in your system, than look no further than Charlie’s! Nothing gets rid of a hangover like a burger and shake from here. Great deals on beer too!
