Great place to stop for lunch. The service was good. Took a while to get my drink and longer than it should have for the food. I ordered the special for the week it was a breakfast skillet with pulled pork, hash brown, peppers, and other random stuff. The food was very good. The atmosphere is cool and there are meeting rooms close. Bill was accurate and my server Jordan was attentive and nice. Free peanuts at the table. Lots of parking space as well.

This was a very good find. I had the “Bang-Bang” shrimp and it was excellent. Between my girlfriend and I we had 2 entrees, 2 beers, and extra side and a dessert for 50$. The service was fast and everything came out hot. This place does fill up fast though. The entrance was a little trick to find, use the doors that have event center above them.

Food is always pretty great, but does take quite a while to come out. I never spend less then an hour when I go here. Service really just depends on the night. One time its perfect no issues, next time they mess up your meal (on your birthday when you were last one served and don’t feel like having them correct it because everyone else is halfway through the meal). The restaurant itself is clean and it’s great because you can go casually or dress up a bit for a date night. They do have good drink specials.

The food was great. The waitress needs some work. She forgot the salad, never once asked if i needed anything to drink after i finished my beer. I suppose I could have said something but i chose not to. I will still go back because the food is awesome and not all waitresses are like same!

Worst customer service I have ever gotten! It took 45 mins to get a table which is to be expected on a busy night (Saturday). Then after getting seated at our table it took the waitress 20+ mins to get our drinks. We then ordered. It took close to another hour if not longer to get our food. When we would ask for something the waitress would say I’ll be right back with that but never brought what we wanted. She got the orders messed up. And when she tried to explain what happened she never took responsibility. We were there for 3 hours.

Brought family from 3 hrs away, made reservations, 15 people in. Sat for 25 min in banquet room after being sat with zero service. Found a server and told them of the situation. Ten minutes later, still no one. Walked out and informed the management of the situation. Response was “I’m Sorry”. No effort was made to even remedy the situation and my family walked out. Very disappointed. Not the first time I’ve had poor service and will be the last time I try to bring family or friends out of town to eat there. Never again

In the middle of the worst experience ever here. We arrived at 6pm and reserved a table for 7 people. We sat and watched 8 groups of people ranging from 2-6 people each walk passed and were seated before us. With each group arriving after us. When we were finally seated we sat for 3-5min watched another table be sat next to us after we were sat and their drinks and orders were done before us by the waitress who also was supposed to have our table. Yet to see if our food will even arrive in good time as we had our orders ready to be made after being here for 30 min. Hopefully it’s good. Will update review to 2 or 3 stars depending in food.
