Our daughter with all her Friends went today to celebrate their last day of school, what a mistake. The waitress that worked today was so rude , she tried to get them out of the restaurant the minute they arrived. Nobody is in the restaurant btw. After they finished the troll chased the girls out of the restaurant to school them on how to tip appropriately. Rude disrespectful behavior tor mediocre at best eggs. I’m done going in that place after 20 years.

Took out a haddock dinner. The fish and fries were a little soggy, due to no lids on the tartar sauce. It landed on my food. The taste was good. Perhaps if I had eaten at the restaurant this would not have happened.

If you don’t mind waiting for 30 minutes in line and then getting bad customer service, then this is the place for you! After waiting in line for 30 minutes and paying & tipping for my order, I stood off to the side and waited for another 10 minutes. The wait wasn’t an issue for me and I rarely get upset over food orders. However, the two groups behind me were getting their orders and I still didn’t get mine (two ice cream cones). I already repeated my order 2x to the owner at the window. Upon my 3rd repeat of my order, I expressed my dissatisfaction. I was met with an unapologetic attitude from the owner. When I asked for a refund because it was so ridiculous, the ice cream cones suddenly appeared, but with more attitude from the owner. If this place wasn’t by a rail trail, I don’t see why anyone would go out of their way for generic ice cream and poor service with an attitude. Would never come back again and will be sure to tell others to avoid this place.

Eggs florentine is usually perfect. Went this morning and requested a grilled English muffin, onions in the homefries and hollandaise on the side. Got none of those…and was literally the only customer when I placed my order. Oh well…I still tipped my usual 30+% because maybe they were having a bad morning. The photo below is from the last time I was in, when everything was perfect.

Ordered the fishermans platter for my husband….the fish was not flakey…it was brown….only 4 scollops…4 shrimp….& 4 clams….no coleslaw…..everything was soggy ….disgusting….
