If you are in Inglewood, Charly’s is a great place for authentic Mexican food. I love their tacos, burritos and menudo but there’s much more on the menu. You can also dine-in or take out and they are not overpriced. It is a hidden jem and I can not find a place like this anywhere else.

SO…I am very critical when it comes to Mexican food being that it is my favorite food ever! I’ve tried many places and none come close, this place has some of the BEST Mexican food I’ve ever tasted and my daughter even liked the burger she had too! (Update: Still the best and they’ve even got new decor, check it out)

The people were nice. However, the food was disappointing. I ordered a cheese enchilada and what I got was a Tortilla with cheese pored over it. My combo plate of taco and chicken enchiladas was cold and the inside texture was dry. I won’t return. Little value for the money.

Ive been goin to Charlys for 15 years. Always consistently good and fresh. I may be bias but i think they have the best wet burritos and green enchiladas in all of LA County. That green salsa is so fire! They have amazing customer service and i really cant think of a single time they got my order wrong. Charlys is the bomb! And forever a Inglewood Staple!
