Amazing wine and food! We went to Charolais to celebrate a birthday and they did not disappoint. Everything we had was excellent. The wine, the appetizers, and the steak were all great. I definitely will be back.

Romantic atmosphere for our Anniversary. Cutting the steaks table side was unique but we opted for Filet Mignon as the ribeye eyes steak had little to no marveling. Wait staff very attentive and kind.

We love Charolais Steakhouse! We went on Saturday to celebrate our 10 year anniversary of meeting on a blind date at the Charolais. We will be married 10 years in September & this is where it all started! ❤️ Our reservation was at 4 pm on Saturday & we we’re seated quickly. The bread was delicious & the cinnamon butter! We chose to add the soup & salad bar with our meals & everything was fresh! The ranch salad dressing tasted homemade. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. My filet mignon was delicious! My husband said his ribeye was also very good! Our waitress kept our drinks filled & was very sweet. We will definitely be back! Charolais Steakhouse will always be part of our love story! ❤️

All steaks ordered were prepared as requested and tender. Salads were fresh, we didn’t order the salad/cheese bar but asked for the house and Caesar salads. The broccoli could have been cooked longer and had no taste. The ice cream was a nice ending for the meal.

First of all, they tried to seat us next to the bathroom.! They should not even have seats there. The manager did move us upon request. Their seating is very crowded on top of the table beside u. It’s not romantic or relaxing at all. The waiter did not explain how things run at the restaurant. Did not ask if this was our first time here. We ordered our app and salads. Waiting to order food and had to ask , he said wait on the cart to roll around. It was a cart w/ 2 big hunks of meat on it. They cut it fresh for u. Disappointed in the bread. It was just rolls like cheap rolls. Steak was great! Well done like I like it. Loaded potato was awesome ! Appetizer and dessert extremely small for what u pay. Bar drinks where good.

I was really skeptical about coming here after a bad experience 12 years ago, but I knew they were under new ownership now. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Everyone in my party really enjoyed all things about the meal, from the salad bar, to sides, and steaks. That was the best cooked steak I have had….ever. It’s safe to say I think they have something for everyone.

An exceptional steakhouse with fine dining and cocktails. This establishment features a full salad bar and soup de jour. Quality cocktails and wine are avaible. The steak selection is top notch with customers being able to select the steak and watch it cut at their table. Fine deserts are avaible if you still have room after the main entree. Host and staff were friendly and attentive. Suggest reservations during the weekend.

Absolutely a great dining experience, the atmosphere only matched by the service and food, Chelsea especially made the evening with her great service. Started the evening with a warm greeting and seating. Drinks at the bar, and two delicious appetizers, Bacon Steak and Calamari. After enjoying both appetizers and drinks, entres arrived with perfect timing after salads, the Ribeye was cooked to perfection over open flames with a great flavor, and Prime Rib hit the spot, with the lobster tail being sweet and tender.. Had a wonderful experience with great family and friends! May I suggest a shrimp cocktail? Delicious! The ribeye cooked rare, melt in my mouth! Extensive wine selection. Think old-school steakhouses of the past with mafia meetings in the back.

Great steakhouse (dry aged meats) in Hickory w salad, soup & cheese bar. White tablecloths, fresh flowers on the table & excellent presentation of meats tableside when ordering. Perfectly cooked meats & amazing crab cakes w remoulade that tasted of New Orleans. Amazing wine selection and great dessert options. Prices are reasonable and makes a great date night destination. Our favorite Carolina meal in years! Will be back to try Martini Monday w couples dinner menu!
