Super good cheese burger and wonderful hand battered onion rings. No prefab burger here, hand shaped patties, cooked on a flat top. So good. My wife had Old smokey, 2 patties, american cheese, and the smoked cheese sauce. A good burger with the smokiness of the cheese sauce. Very friendly staff. If you’re looking for a great, old fashioned flavor burger, this is the place.

I highly recommend Charred! I first ordered the chicken fingers and onion rings. The chicken fingers were huge, nicely breaded, and perfectly cooked. I worry about chicken being cooked to the right temperature and was delighted they automatically temp it with their thermometer right in front of you. Onion rings were good, however after a sample of their seasoned fries I was hooked! The fries were perfectly cooked from whole fresh potatoes cut and fried. The seasoning was fantastic and I was informed hand mixed with spices and no msg. I was assured by the owner that they used top ground beef locally sourced with no antibiotics so I tried a burger a few days later. It was excellent!! The swiss and mushroom burger was incredibly juicy, smashed, covered in grilled mushrooms and onions on a double patty with Swiss cheese. I would say this place is the place to beat in Webb City and Joplin area. Charred was very clean, the owners and staff very friendly, the food high quality with what I consider big portions, fairly priced and tasty. I was told they have their own recipes. This is my feelings and humble opinion. I hope you try it and post your own. Happy eating!

Loved when we walked in how welcoming (iam assuming the owner) was… I had to wait for a few mins while my husband went on to the laundromat.. It was relaxing and quiet AND THE BEST BURGER I HAVE EVER TASTED!! Thanks a bunch!!
