We went for our anniversary. Everything we’ve heard about this place having fantastic atmosphere and food was spot on. The Monarch margarita was really good. The New England clam chowder was to die for I had the Spiced Ahi and it was perfect. Definitely a melt in your mouth moment. My husband had the prime rib which was done to perfection. In this day and age it’s hard to find quality staff. Our server Jake falls in that category. Jake gave us excellent service. I would highly recommend this place .

Celebrated a birthday last Sunday during Happy Hour. We ordered off the regular drink menu for the occasion and had the Classic Margarita that in no way tasted like a margarita. We told the server that there wasn’t any taste of orange whatsoever, he totally ignored the complaint, he was to worried about telling us to sign up for the club to get $25 off your next visit, as he gets points for that and he was hoping for a promotion. Very disappointing.

Recently came here for a birthday and to start they overcrowded a table meant for 6 with 7 people. This reservation was made a very long time ago so it wasn’t like we were trying to be squeezed in when they were already booked up. This resulted in me basically sitting against another table as well. The service was not what one would expect from a restaurant like this. Took about 15+ minutes for the server to even come bring waters and take our drink and appetizer order. At dinner one of our sides was forgotten and it seemed like it wasn’t ever put in because it finally came out when we were almost done with dinner so we barely even ate any which is frustrating to pay for. Had the server mentioned they didn’t get out in I would have probably just cancelled the order all together because it’s not worth it at that point. Then there was a good 15-20 minutes for dessert to come out after everyone was done with dinner. That’s odd when you have to order ahead of time because it takes 30 minutes. Finally when all was said and done we couldn’t find our server for another 15-20 minutes to finally get the bill to leave. It took 2.5 hours for dinner which in my book a pretty long meal mostly waiting on the server or kitchen. Restaurant was empty by the time we were finally able to get our bill.

A nice finer-dining experience. We went here for an anniversary and the staff was exceptional! We observed a situation with another table, and they handled everything very professionally. The wine, entrees, and lava cake were also amazing. Definitely bringing back others for different special occasions!

Not going back. Very poor service for a high price. We have been to the restaurant several times during the pandemic and they always were excellent, but this time everything just fell off a cliff. It’s nice to have a local restaurant but they drastically need to improve.

We experienced an issue with our meal during our recent visit for my daughter’s birthday. The fish was so salty that it could not even be eaten. This is not the nature of my post, but to the opposite, as to how the Server and Manager handled it. As we are not “complain and send back people”, even if warranted, we knew something was amiss due to the normal standards of this restaurant. With sending the fish back, we requested they personally taste it to identify the issue first hand. The Manager came over and stated that she did taste it and identified a kitchen error had occurred. They offered remake, dessert on the house, anything to make up for the error. We declined the remake but appreciated the offer and although we did not request nor expect on the house items, they took care of us. The Server and Manager so professionally handled this unfortunate mishap that I had to post. Very impressed! I love this place; the staff and the food (without salt 🙂 )

Our server Jake was excellent, very professional and friendly. The food came out nice and hot we got the prime rib dinner with a salad and dessert for all three of us everyone enjoyed their food. We started off for happy hour in the bar. Alexis was our server she was fantastic. We actually came back to see her. We were here a week ago. She did such a great job and we just had to come back and see her one more time, looking forward to our next visit. Thank you Chart House, for always having exceptional food and service.
