I’ve been wanting to try Chartreuse for a while now, and I’m so happy I finally did! All of the staff were friendly and very helpful, and it seemed like they enjoyed working here, always a good sign of a well run business. I sat in the gorgeous lounge and was more and more delighted by each thing I tasted. The food and cocktails were delicious. I highly recommend the grilled quail, it was seasoned to absolute perfection and such a well-balanced dish. I will definitely be treating myself to another meal here soon! My only complaint is that I didn’t stop in sooner.

What a gem! We’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and I’m so happy we did! The whole experience was incredible. The restaurant, decor, and atmosphere was really chill and comfortable. The service was impeccable. The food was amazing. I both love and hate that the menu changes so frequently, because you can’t really fall in love with anything and expect it to be there the next time you visit.. but, I also love trying new things, and I do like that there will always be something new and different.

Our favorite restaurant. We’ve lived in multiple states and it’s one of the best restaurants we have eaten at. The service is always great and every dish is well thought out. We usually never eat a dessert but the madagascar pudding….get it!! If they have the crispy duck on the menu….get it!!

Possibly the best hospitality I’ve ever received at a restaurant. Everyone did a fantastic job. Food was great and ambiance was great as well. Food portions are a little small so I’d recommend getting more than you think you need. The place was packed when we went for dinner on a Tuesday, so it was a little loud, but other than that, I’d give this restaurant 10 stars!

I could not even wait to get home to review this restaurant! An absolute must try! Every plate was amazing and extremely flavorful. Our server was amazing as well and had so many recommendations. Cocktails were delicious as well. My cocktail had homemade limeade in it and it was delightful. (Little Lula). The menu changes every few weeks and we can’t wait to go back. Had a great experience here. The food and drinks were fantastic. Our favorites were the twice baked egg, malai kafta, and strawberry hand pie. Parking was easy to find nearby and the restaurant has a really cool vibe. Will definitely be going back.

This place made my Birthday with a spark. Let me tell you this, I never come back to places with poor service. well this place is great! Hostess was super sweet and gave me a birthday card that was signed by the servers, it was so sweet! Our server was super nice, cool and friendly. Food was amazing, it is perfect for everyone who appreciate a good cuisine. They have a seasonal menu which is always interesting! Bar is great as well. My husband and I are cocktail buffs and pretty picky ones, and their cocktails are delicious and in point. The place itself has a character too, sort of rustic French in one of the old Detroit building. Overall it’s a good restaurant for this who appreciate good food and good drinks. Recommend!
