Put in an online order with their own website (not a food app) for pick up at 11:45 as I was in a hurry. When I showed up at 11:45, they had no idea who I was or what I ordered. They finally found the order I placed and started cooking it. Didn’t take long to make so that was good, however the order was wrong. Definitely did not get what I paid for, I will not be back.

Do NOT have your food delivered. The Doordash nor the employees at this establishment took responsibility for not delivering my drinks. Delivery driver said there was none. Employee tells me to take it up with Doordash. Never again 87th St. Location. Had great service at the Metcalf location.

Nothing special. Pretty salty, which overpowered any other flavor. Couldn’t taste/detect any onions or peppers. You can get something similar (or better) when Arby’s has their occasional special philly cheesesteak featured.

We have come here for years and the phillys have always been good. Fries are hot and the soda machine is always clean and pop seems fresh. They have great cookies as well. The food is always made to order and ohhhh is it worth the wait. They clean up well so dining in is our favorite way to enjoy a meal. We recommend this place if your in a mood for the best philly in the city.
