Slowest service , 30 mins to get drinks, hour for food. Couldn’t get buffalo chicken dip because it was “defrosting” gross, burger was over cooked girlfriends fresh avocado slice we’re frozen.

Inside Showcase Blackstone, in a sea of chain restaurants; Chatters Bar and Grill is an Oasis. Top notch staff, amazing movie themed mix drinks, and delicious food which includes burgers that are actually cooked to order (why is that a rarity now?). This place is a must visit. Get the cap’n crunch fried chicken and love your life.

Bartender/server on the evening of 10/13/18 went on a rant slamming and throwing things because he got called in on his night off and was short-handed. He kept threatening to walk out, yelling, letting all the customers know how unhappy he was. Very infantile and unprofessional and we left after 30 minutes of this nonsense. Hope they train him for anger management.
