I stopped by this busy pizza place in Metuchen today and bought 3 slices of pizza. One Sicilian topped with eggplant and tomato, 1 Melanzane, and 1 vegetable slice. The vegetable slice was the best one! It was delicious! It was well seasoned too! The Melanzane was very good, but the crust was very dry to that one. The Sicilian topped with eggplant and tomato was good, but I was expecting a little more flavor in the sauce to that one. The pizzas were overall very good and a higher quality than you average pizzeria. The owner was very nice too. I recommend Che Pizza in Metuchen!

This was my first visit to Che Pizza after reading so many wonderful reviews about this location… and they all turned out to be true! Upon entering we were greeted like family and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The ambiance is perfect for a nice casual dinner at this BYOB restaurant. Our server was extremely nice and we could hear other customers how they enjoyed their dinner and complimenting the restaurant. To start, we received a complimentary basket of three different breads with olives which was unbelievably perfect. We ordered the chicken parmesan, chicken franchise and the bolognese. All three orders were perfect. The chicken parm had a nice soft breaded coating with a very good sauce. The chicken franchese was very good with potato’s that were seasoned perfectly. The pasta bolognese was very good with a great bolognese sauce and al dente pasta. The Italian music playing in the background during dinner was perfect too. For dessert we ordered both the cheesecake and cannoli which tasted great and very fresh. The cappuccino was very good and smooth. Overall my family and I had an excellent time and will certainly be back to try out more. I highly recommend visiting.

This is a little Italian gem situated at Metuchen plaza. Authentic Italian dishes. Recommended appetizers a) calamari b) potato croquettes c) mussels in white wine sauce (mussels posillipo) and for the dinner I loved the vegetable pizza.

Che pizza donated an amazing and extremely generous lunch to the school I work at. I especially enjoyed the lexy salad, grilled vegetables, eggplant parmigiana, and baked ravioli. The pizza and sandwiches were also great. Looking forward to trying more menu items soon.

I’m a long time Metuchenite, lover and critic of pizza. This place is legit. You can tell that they do not cut corners when it comes to ingredients or quality of product. I ate two slices and already feel full, which is ridiculous. Compare that to when you can down an entire Dominos Pizza with no problem. Once again, ingredients are legit, quality is authentic, pizza is well-prepared and tastes delicious. Nice work guys, great addition to Metuchen.
