We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Food is decent but overpriced! The fries and the milkshakes are the best items on the menu, but only if the fries are crispy and not oily and saggy. If the walk in closed at 3am like they used to and they didn’t raise the prices. I would give them 4 stars for convenience and value. And wait time can be pretty long decent amount of the times I order there, but there’s times when they’re a bit speedy.

I visited this location for the first time about a week or two ago. This was my first time eating Checkers and the food did not disappoint. I went through the Drive-Thru. The ordering process was well done and the food took a reasonable amount of time to make and be given to me.

Horrible service. Went home starving. I was at the drive thru menu and was told to wait. I waited for about 20 minutes at a fast food joint! All I wanted was a chicken sandwich and fries. I then proceeded to go to the next window because I was not serviced. Once I get there I’m told to go back around. Who wants to wait another 20-30 in a maze to get food. This place is a trap if you choose to leave you’re stuck once you drive to the menu. Customer service definitely needs work there. If you want to wait 20 minutes and waste gas just to place your order then go there.
