We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

It’s been five days since the last review said the intercom system at the drive thru was broken. It is still broken and the line at the drive thru is the slowest I’ve ever experienced. There is only one way in and out of this drive thru lane, so once you enter, you’re stuck with the consequences. The alternative exit lane is blocked.

Horrible customer service. Person taking my order was just nasty. Found two pieces of hair in my fries, to top it off the chicken burger I ordered had barely any lettuce and maybe mayo the size of a nickel. No wonder checkers aren’t everywhere , with customer service and crappy food like that who would want to go?

Horrible customer service after struggling to get into their narrow packed with snow. My car fishtailed numerous times on the way to the intercom. I sat for 2 mins saying hello and no one responded. I drove up to the window there was a group of men standing around talking . I asked if I could place an order the man said yes, I tell him what I’d like and he says hold on he can’t take the order he has to get someone else. He walks away and continues talking to the group of men for 40-60 seconds. I drove off no checkers is worth the horrible service I received

If I can give them a zero I would. Food was cold order was wrong I guess because of the location they feel the service, experience, etc… Can be less then acceptable for the population they serve!! Workers had no uniforms handled food with same gloves they handled money with. The speaker is always broken, and the milkshake machine is never working. They need to just close it down because the franchise owner sure as hell doesn’t care. He won’t get my money again!! Never going back!!!

My Experiences: Drive-Thru intercone system broken with apparently no intention of being repaired in a reasonable amount of time. This has caused unreasonably long wait times. Customer service on my last visit while professional was not pleasant nor friendly.

I always come to this checkers whenever I get the chance and never have I gotten any bad service till now. There’s a rude worker there, messed up my order, I claimed that they messed up my and they get annoyed. Like.. what am I supposed to say, I’m not giving out my money for fun. Kid in the back seemed cool though, he seemed sorry for the mistake the other girl made, which he shouldn’t be sorry for another person’s attitude. I work with customers too and never am I rude or give them an attitude. If you want to work with food service then please learn how to have patience.

Their drive thru doesn’t work, so you have to order . Through the window. They don’t have shakes or ice cream or extra sauce. And they want me to wear a mask while alone in my car at the window? Idk but everything seems weird at this place. Never going back here.
