In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Stopped for a quick bite. Order meals for three people at the automated drive thru machine. After a lengthy ordering process and many “anything else” prompts, we drove to the pickup window. The person at the window confirmed our order of two drinks and a fry. I had to repeat my order to the employee and then wait for them to start it. He was very nice about explaining the issue and quickly getting our order completed. It just took longer than it needed too. Best chicken tenders I have ever had! Coke zero was not that good.

The east side Black people working this location is bad news. The service is not good and they don’t always acknowledge the people in walk up only delivery driver myself. I stopped couple times recently and one customer canceled my pickup due to the employees not having the order ready??? And said it would be 5-10 min wait just for one simple item that they can’t do. Checkers on Elmwood ave are a little better Becuase they used to act like this east side location and not acknowledge the delivery driver and time. Remember time is money and delivery driver need money so please have new employees and better management. I doubt the manager will care Because like I said it’s the east side .

I really despise this particular location. The fries and funnel fries always taste old, when I’m doordashing ; they see you at the window and prefer to leave you at the window while they laugh and joke around on the inside, I can’t tell you how many orders I had to cancel because I refused to stand in the cold for another 20-30 minutes. The management is rude and everytime you order chicken wings they tell you the wait is 15 minutes plus just for the wings to be over or under cooked. The customer service is horrrrible.

Came about 30 mins before closing yesterday for a chicken sandwich. No lie. Best Chicken Sandwich From checkers. By far! Drive thru people were cool as hell. Hope I can catch that crew again. Food was fresh. Vibes were cool.

I never been a fan of checkers, I only like their fries. I ordered fries and a fish sandwich the other night and the fish was as thin as a piece of paper, which was scary. The fries didn’t taste good this time either.

Yum yum yum! I got a kids meal because I ordered a delicious Carmel cheesecake sundae and omg it was so yummy! I’ve tried all their cheesecake sundaes now and I would rate them in order as follows the best to me is the Carmel then the strawberry then hot fudge cheesecake. The service at this location is right on the money! The one on Bailey not so much .

I know I know, it’s on the east side of Buffalo, but this place is always on point people are friendly drive-thru is fast and the food is fresh and yes the speaker is computerized so you cannot make a mistake or a really ridiculously complicated order just to get free food, LOL yes this happens a lot.
