I have always loved Checkers food! I have been to this location many, many times since they opened. I have always gotten the correct order the first time. Food is always hot and absolutely delicious and AFFORDABLE! As for the staff, they are always super friendly and accommodating to any special requests! I recommend Checkers over any other burger joint any day and always telling people to go try it if they haven’t!

It’s McDonald’s, but better. It has a Wendy’s menu, with its own twist (Baconzilla). If you’re a Burger King fan. . . this is the place you go when you’re tired of Burger King. The fries are beyond better than all 3 other fast food joints mentioned above .

No indoor seating. Walked up to the service window where there was a sign saying that the walk up window is closed. So we got back into our car and drove through the drive thru. The intercom equipment is of extremely poor quality as we were barely able to effectively communicate with an employee inside the restaurant. After receiving our food we sat down to eat at one of the picnic tables that are located right outside the walk up window. As we were eating our sandwiches, 2 women arrived on foot and were served at the walk up window that had the sign on it saying that it was closed. I guess my wife & I were of the wrong skin color to be served at the walk up window. This was our first time here at Checkers, and based on the low quality equipment, service and food it will also be our last time here. Checkers needs to know that you only get to make one good first impression on a customer, so if you want to stay in business you should make sure everyone’s visit is outstanding.

Haven’t had checkers In years, decided 1 day to go again. Baconziller was my fav sandwich in the past so I ordered it. Definitely was to much sauce on it. For some reason checkers just doesn’t taste the same to me ♀️

We were so excited to try Checkers up here as when we go down south this is one of our favorite restaurants. We went to the Manchester, Pa location today May 12, 2023. As we pulled into the drive thru the employees were all sitting outside, some smoking and just watched us as we proceeded to the drive thru. We placed our order at 7:20pm, spending just under $40.00. We finally got food around 7:36. In this time, we received our drinks and told how much the bill was. We paid our bill and had our card handed back to us. Two more times we were told how much our bill is and asked how we would like to pay?!?!? After letting them know we already paid the first time we were asked, they shut the window. They came back to the window and asked what we were waiting on!?!? We proceeded to let them know that we were waiting on our food. At 7:36 we were finally given a bag of food. Checking the bag, we noticed that we were short one burger and one fry. We waited at the window as they talked to each other to see who was going to open the window and see what we needed. They came back asking what was wrong and we let them know what we were missing from our order. We were asked to pull into the drive thru waiting area. Where we sat for another 10 minutes. I went to the walk up window where there was a sign “walk up window closed”. However, there was another women waiting at the window because her order was also messed up. After they were finished with her then shut the window like I was not even standing there. I asked about my burger and three employees stood there in plain site talking and looking over at me shaking their heads as if we were the ones in the wrong for wanting our order to be correct. After waiting for quite a while, we finally got the burger, I wasn’t even worried about the fry at this time. We just wanted to leave. We were very unhappy with our service and the amount of disrespect the employees at this location showed. I do not foresee us going to this location again in the future. I have never experience such bad service. If I could give no stars, I would!! 40 minutes is unacceptable to wait for your FULL order to be ready for you!!!

I pulled up to the drive up at 6:28PM on Sat, April 8, 2023. The entire staff was outside in the rear of the building. A bunch of young college kids. Just chilling out. They’re a big pile of trash in the driveway that you’re forced to drive on top of. Nobody bothered to clean up. So as I pull up everybody is looking at me. Then they all go back inside. I seriously don’t think a hand was washed because my food was ready really fast and I didn’t get bacon chips so it was custom. Don’t go here on weekends. I ask the lady for no ice. She gave me ice anyway. When I told her no ice again at the window and she had an attitude and gave the cup back half full and with soda dripping all down the sides so that it could get all in my new car smh.

They’re definitely trucker friendly. Drive thru was only open at the time I went and the window was closed but they understood I was a driver and let me order anyway at the window unlock some other restaurants in the past made me walk thru the drive thru lol. They’re also friendly folks too. 10 stars if I could!

The seating area is outside next to a gas station, so as long as you don’t mind breathing fumes while you eat, it’s a decent location. It is not Cheddars
