They are finally open! It had been a while so wanted to test the Triple Big Buford to taste how the patties tasted. Was pleasantly surprised, the patties were hot and still juicy, and had a good flavor to them. Definitely, better than McDonald’s Big Mac patties. Not 5 Guys level but decent for fast food.

Well I’ll tell u this the fries were ok but everything else was a miss PLUS they intentionally overcharged me then when I added it up they tried to claim I’m still wrong . I 100% understand the 2.4 stars just piss poor performance all around from this location.

I went to Liberia Avenue Checkers the first week it opened and I was so disappointed I swore to never return. I was pleasantly surprised to see how much they have improved. Wanted a big buford but didn’t want to drive across town for one so I decided to give them another try. The staff is friendly and energetic! They answered all my questions and even made suggestions on a vanilla shake for dessert! I’ve gone a few times and am so happy I gave them another try. I think you should too!

Pulled me up to the front of the building to wait just to give me a cold mother cruncher with barely any onion tanglers. Fries were hot but could tell they just put cold ones back in the grease. Pretty easy to see the chicken has been sitting too long would much rather wait the 5-7 mins for a fresh one.

Went for the 2 for $5.50 as advertised on local TV and not only got overcharged (2 for $6) but these are the sandwiches they gave me. The buns are horrible and the food was not hot. I did the survey that was on the receipt and the management has yet to contact me. Will not be returning.

Staff there are super friendly. Cute personality very viberate and warm when they greet you at drive thru. Food is good. Not overly salty on fries or burger . Food was prepare well not a sloppy messy .

I know this place just opened and they’re still working out some issues, but this was a lousy experience. It was very, very slow moving. The person that took my order was distracted, impatient, and kept asking me to repeat myself, because they would stop and talk to coworkers in the middle of my ordering.

Please don’t go during late night hours close to closing. It’s like eating a laxative, woman at the window was friendly, actually think they did something to my food. Never again!!!!! Was in the bathroom for days.

There was one car in front and one car behind me. When I got to the window the guy asked me if I had a certain order. It was the completely wrong one. He then struggled to find the order that he himself had just taken a minute prior. But he was super nice. The older black lady who I’m guessing was the supervisor was incredibly rude. She basically pushed him out of the way and asked what I had. Every time I started to say what I ordered she would cut me off with an attitude as if I was being a bother. She then very rudely asked for my card. Aggressively told me the price as if I had done something wrong and stormed off. I could see the embarrassment in the kids faces. The young girl and boy were super nice and were doing the best that they could. The lady was so rude to them and me that I almost spoke up. She should not be working there if she is going to have a terrible attitude like that. I didn’t even get a receipt. I could just hear her yell at the girl to take the card back to me. It was really awkward sitting there. I was very excited that checkers was coming down the road from me but if this woman is going to work there then I’m never coming back. I read very similar reviews online and thought “it can’t be that bad”. This is the first time in my life iv filed a complaint and that says a lot about what happened.
