We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Absolutely horrible. Will definitely be calling to speak to the store manager because everyone in there was unhelpful and rude as hell. DONT ORDER HERE. THEY gave my food to the wrong person and REFUSED to do anything about it. We asked for a manager’s card/number and got the window slammed shut in our face. Fortunately someone else was there and he helped us get their attention because they were IGNORING us and when they opened the window FOR HIM we asked for the managers card/number and Jose (name give and person in charge at the time) said they didn’t have one. Moral of the story, STARVE don’t go there.

Drive through guy very rude, argumentative. Didn’t know what grilled onions were which I have gotten at checkers plenty of times with no problem. He kept saying that’s how we fix our grilled onions, when they were raw. Then he kept asking if I wanted to wait longer for my food I replied I want what I ordered. The young man who brought me my order was much more polite than the drive though order guy. Not coming back here.

Checkers has delicious fries and burgers when compared to other fast food spot. The other thing I like about em is they always have some type of specials that are easy on your pockets. I have a large family (6 of us total) and going out to eat is a minimum of $55 even at fast food spots but first time at Checkers and I only spent $45 and like 10 of us ate. Big Buford sandwich is delicious. One final thing that I like is the walk up window and outdoor seating us very convenient.

Food has good taste. But its really greasy. So greasy that sometimes you taste the grease than the food. We know it’s a fast food place but it shouldn’t be that greasy. Has only 3 tables outside. There is wait time. Its faster through drive tru than walk in. Staff sometimes are like they are tired. Not rude but apathetic.

So I am in one line and then told to get in the other line… REALLY!??? AFTER ALL THE CARS BEHIND US HAVE FINE? There was no indication that the line was closed or not working. No sign , No cone no indication that there was something that prevented us from being in line. If my kid didn’t want these fries I wouldn’t be here. Was told Manager on Duty is Jennifer and she didn’t even come to apologize or acknowledge there was an issue.

This Checkers is not same as it once was when it first open in this location. The employees act like they don’t wanna be there and making my food proves it. If the person taking the order can’t it right the first time and repeat it back to me correctly, then how can the cook making my food get the order right either. Throwing stuff together and not looking at the screen or ticket to make sure everything is right is not good service. Please retrain your employees.
