We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Don’t come here if you want to come to the window and order. They will ignore you. I watched 4 different people walk past the window, look over at me then ignore me. Never had this happen at a checkers before. I literally only wanted to order two things. But now the drive thru line is too long so I’ll have to find somewhere else to go. At least acknowledge that a person is at the window. A simple “We’ll be right with you” goes a long way. But to stare at someone then ignore them is not customer service at all.

Checkers ALWAYS hits!!! I was craving a burger because I hadn’t had a good one in a while. Checkers, y’alls my people’s!!! The lady taking orders provided good service and made suggestions when they didn’t have all of the ingredients for my sandwich. Got my food fast and I’m a happy camper!!! I’ll be back… but in moderation!!!

Ordered a cheeseburger and regular size slushie today and had to argue w the staff for like 15 mins about the difference between the cost of a checker burger and a cheeseburger. I got so frustrated trying to explain that a cheese burger is only 2.59 and they charged me for a checker burger combo and that it wasn’t the same price point that I just completely skipped lunch and returned my food because I got sick of explaining their own menu and prices. I asked for a refund that apparently I won’t get for 8 to 10 business days. Will never go here again.

I ordered 4 sandwiches and a large fry.. the person atthe window told me to go the other side of the island and I waited over 10 minutes as they served over 6 other customers and when I finally got tired of waiting and got out of my car.. then they handed me my food..

Ghetto as hell. Was asked to pull to the side and wait after paying.. Cool, no problem.. 15 minutes later after watching numerous cars go thru drive thru and pull off with their orders I walked to the window where all the employees inside just looked at the order window at me, and continued acting like they were working hard. The young lady working was standing around messing with her phone at the prep table and going thru peoples bags with no gloves on checking the orders I guess. It wasn’t until other customers that were waiting outside to order started banging on the windows did someone finally come to the order window.

Not big into writing reviews but this experience was great! I travel for work and am always happy to come across a Checkers. By far my best experience has been at this location. The people who are working tonight are providing the highest level of service possible and with a smile. The food came out so hot it was steaming as the man passed it to me through the window.
