As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I don’t know….the last 3 times i went to this checker’s, the food was hot and Great. This last Sunday, the fries were warm and soggy , and the 2 triple big bufords for a grand total of $25 was fried beyond belief on one side and the other side ok. It was as though , someone forgot about taking the burgers off the griddle and served them to the customers anyway ! Gordon Ramsay would have threw them on the ground and stomped on them !!

Not a great location…our fries were hot but greasy/soggy, they left out one of the burgers which we didn’t realize until we got back to the hotel, and the people were overall kinda rude. Also physically hate the paper straws they give out with milkshakes, they are completely useless. Checkers has gotten way too expensive for what it is.

I got the 2 for 5.50 deal. the bag felt funny when they gave it to me. (not warm). When I got home, 5 min drive, the burgers were room temperature. Had to microwave them.

If I could leave negative stars i would. I arrived at the drive thru and placed an order totalling $57.77 I was over charged for 3 of my 5 combo meals and when I attempted to let the cashier know she argued with me and said it was the price and another employee said it wasn’t so she was very rude and unprofessional. My sandwiches were made incorrectly and when I showed the manager how it said its supposed to be made on the website and picture he got upset and took my sandwich and attempted to add on to the old sandwich I asked for him to remake it fresh and he got an attitude and threw the sandwich in my direction stating it was a trash bin there. He was so very unprofessional and rude and made my sandwich with ripped gloves. I will never go back to this location ever again
