As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Hubby and I was in the mood for milkshakes and I went to order two medium milkshakes, one vanilla and the other mixed chocolate and vanilla and the cashier charged me for a large and a medium and brought back two vanilla large and a chocolate large ‍♀️ So I asked the cashier why she charged me for two orders that was not correct and she stated that she would get me another so I explained to her that I should only be charged for two medium milkshakes and it took over 20 minutes for a Manager to come and rectify the situation with a refund due to the lack of comprehension from the cashier. I know its not the location fault but everything was extremely salty. The best thing I had was the funnel cake fries. Had the parm garlic loaded fries and it was just a sodium overload, I couldn’t even finish it. Also had the mother cruncher? Whatever sauce on it was salty as well.

I really DO NOT like this Checkers location. This is the last time I will ever purchase food from them. First off, they always close way earlier than when they’re supposed to. Second, they rush every single thing you order. The only thing ever good is the fries. Tonight I ordered from them through door dash; my order was made in FIVE MINUTES. My chicken tenders were completely UNDERCOOKED literally pink and also some were rubbery. I ordered around 11pm and they stop taking door dash orders at 11:20pm. I know for a fact they rushed my food and that’s nasty and unsafe. Never again.

The fries were hot and ready. The chicken was a breaded pattie as I was expecting a real chicken breast. The service was fast but the tea tasted like soapy water was added instead of sugar. And there was no restroom so I was confused with the cleanliness of the overall establishment.
