Fries were so saturated with grease they were almost see through! I ordered a 5 piece chicken tubers and got 3 for delivery and they did not refund my 17.60. They gave me 5.32 instead for a meal I couldn’t barely eat. Tenders were old and dry and definitely not freshly made!

I was so excited that we had a new checkers closer than Gaithersburg. I went there and spent $60. The 1/2 pound popcorn chicken was so dry and had like only 10 nuggets. Not satisfied at all for a restaurant just opening up. I will not spend my $$ here anymore. Staff was very nice though.

This new AI robot needs more work. I rather speak to a human. I had 2 separate orders and all I wanted was 2 Buford’s, 5 piece chicken strips and large fries. Robot kept pushing for drink and fries every time I spoke. Finally got the hang of it at the end. If you wait too long in between orders, then she starts up again. Honestly, I’m I was quite annoyed but the food was pretty good.

They’re French fries always taste like funnel cakes and their funnel cake fries always taste like French fries. There’s no medium, and it’s not good. They say if you don’t like the fries come back for some free ones but the free ones will taste just as bad! Everything else is good though.

When you order no mustard and they decide nope you need the mustard and put it on anyways smh not cool! What if I were allergic!? Please pay attention to what the customer requests! The fries all though hot tasted like old grease yuck couldn’t eat them, and the bacon I paid extra for looks raw had to remove off my sandwich. This may not be the best Checker’s to visit. Shady Grove is better! The staff was nice hence the 2 stars. (Pictures in photos)

I picked up carryout food on April 23, 2022 at approx. 7:45pm. From the person who took my order at the walk-up window to the folks inside processing and cooking i couldn’t have been more impressed. It was my first time there and I’ll definitely be going back.

Food ok, but I never really eat at Checkers. Ordered three fry sandwiches. Was cheaper than I expected. Didn’t find out till I got home it was bogo… don’t expect them to tell you about their deals. Also the electronic voice ordering is horrible.

Got home and noticed an item missing, called the store and was offered a replacement and an extra item for free which is great. Where it all fell apart was when I went back to get my items and gave my receipts number I was told the item was no longer available. When I corrected the person what I ordered and was told it would be free which was a triple big buford with no pickles I only got 2 regular ones. By the time I got back home the second time my fries were cold, my slush was melted oh and that burger was room temp at best. A 5min drove should not be time enough for a burger to be room temp if not cool. I have now called corporate and gone through the chain to let them know about this location.
