In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This place obviously doesn’t care about it’s appearance. Trash blowing around the outside, to include just under the delivery window. The staff is a bit rude, not very welcoming. I sat in line long enough that I felt compelled to say “hello.” You know, just checking to see if the speaker system was working. A voice barked back over the speaker, “give me a second, I’ll be with you.” Not much changed when I arrived at the service window. Obvious mis-directed anger coupled with a lack of customer service. The burger was “OK”, however my loaded fries were horrible. Just a tray of greasy, soggy, over seasoned potatoes. I didn’t take them back fearing how much worse my experience would be.

I was in the drive thru on 4-3-2023 ask was it still a special on champ burgers and the Chilli dogs she said hold on a full 5 mins goes by then she says come to the window. She says 8.99 I said what about the promotion she says what promotion? I’m passed off now I said u had me wait 5 mins just to not even attempt to get an answer.. then she explained it to her supervisor the supervisor says very loud so I could hear her they gonna have to go back around and get in line…I said No that’s ok…. give my ish…and let me go… Poor customer service poor attitude got the music blasting….. Real bad look.

Did NOT put powdered sugar on the funnel fries and when asked to put some on, they said it would be a .50¢ charge. When I asked if all the food was in the bag, both ladies said YES and to move out of the drive thru because the time was going up….NO CARS WERE IN THE DRIVE accept for ME!!! I ended up leaving and taking their word that all the food was in the bag only to discover (AFTER I was 30 minutes away) that I was missing an item (loaded fries)! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Please put this place out of business immediately!!!!!!!!!

I have the Checkers app where I earn free food. So I go to this location with a coupon on My phone for a free sandwich . That the employee is supposed to Scan for the purchase. Well She opened the window with a very bad attitude. Did not say Hello? Hi? May I help you? Welcome? To Checker? Thank you for Choosing Us? I put my phone up to show Her the coupon and she look at me like my head was cut off??? And then told me what’s that?? And told ME? I HAD A PROBLEM BECAUSE I? DID NOT SAY HI OR HELLO TO HER???? And that I THREW MY PHONE IN HER FACE???? UNBELIEVABLE! THEN I ASKED HER DID SHE ?? WANT ME TO APOLOGIZE?
