As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Honestly, bad first experience at Checkers. It’s usually not my go to for fast food and thank goodness I started off small.The customer service is terrible and the food is even worse. The funnel cake fries were SOAKED in oil and there was basically no powdered sugar on them. They are inedible, can’t even eat them, really bad just like eating cooked oil and that’s it. And the “grilled” hot dog was pretty good but wasn’t grilled at all and the bun was soggy. I would like a refund honestly but don’t have time to go back today and get it. But never again will they receive my business.

I never thought I would put these two words together but this was good fast food. The burger was nicely done, no toppings so I could check the flavor. It had quite good flavor. The fries are also nicely done. Some seasoning but not over powering. Crisp and hot. I also got the Memphis wings to try. They had a nice bold taste, enjoyable. It was made even better by the young man, Edwin that waited on me. He was patient, friendly, and personable.

I absolutely wish I could give This place no stars, Upon arrival I stood in your lobby for 10 minutes waiting for your employee to acknowledge that I was there to pick up a doordash order in which Iam on a time limit but No one acknowledged me until I ask if anyone was working at the counter. While standing and waiting for my order I witnessed another employee pick chicken tenders up off the floor touching the clean chicken tenders with the dirty food and then dropping all but one of the tenders into a fryer. Disgusting and unsanitary. The employees need to have better manners when it comes to customer service The girl at the counter was very rude today. I’ve been a repeat customer until today. I will not return to this facility as I shouldn’t have to worry rather my food is safe to consume.
