In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This place is pathetic especially during the night time. A few weeks ago, I was delivering a doordash order and the customer ordered ice cream and it turned out when I delivered the order, they simply put a Pie in the bag and there wasn’t ice cream in the bag after they opened the bag. The customer got angry and I told them it wasn’t my fault that some of the workers here are low IQ.

Night shift staff need some serious training on communication and customer service. I drove up to the drive thru on June 8th after 10 pm and specifically ordered chili cheese fries and told them to please make my fries fresh. I had to come back because they had my order wrong and gave me the loaded fries with ranch and bacon which I didn’t want and plus my fries weren’t fresh like I asked. One guy told me if I want fresh fries, I need to go and park. Which was fine but I didn’t like his tone when he said that. I waited about ten minutes before they brought my food. I checked it before leaving and I was DISGUSTED with how they made my fries. Mind you, this was supposed to be Chili cheese fries and the whole thing smelt and looked burnt and I did not see any chili, it looked like burnt old grease they just scraped on the cheese. I don’t know what this was but it was not safe to eat! I’m highly disappointed and that guy better had canceled my transaction or I will be calling.

just left the checkers Thursday morning July 6th ordered a large number one. got to the window pade they don’t have any large cups no problem give me a medium. they never gave me a drink french fries were cold and the burger looks like somebody sat on it first and last time going

My boyfriend went there Sunday night got some food and got sick form the food and he went too the hospital and they told him had food poisoning.Checkers need too clean and change their oils it’s disgusting in there when u put up to the window and see how much foods on the floor and just sit there hours

Night staff was awful, there was one car in front of us and no one behind us, we were trying to figure out what we wanted and they kept rushing us and told us our total before we were even done ordering and had to tell them we still had more. They messed up our order, gave mad attitude when I went to have them fix it. They made me take everything out of the bag and I showed them the sandwiches we had and asked if it was the right sandwich cause I didn’t know what was on everything cause there were 4 different sandwiches, which they only gave us 3 of and then when we got home to eat everything, they were all the exact same chicken sandwiches and not at all what we ordered. The fries were also half full and I thought we got all smalls. Need better staff who knows what they are doing and aren’t rude. If I could give them zero stars I would

They make their own prices the menu says 2 for 6.50 I get to the window he’s said it’s 8.96 I asked why did the sign say one price and he have another price. Horrible the store needs to be deep cleaned management included. I recommend,Go eat somewhere else for the price of the not so good quality food.
