As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This is supposed to be the bacon barbecue mother chicken sandwich. As you can see, this chicken is burnt. This is the worst tasting chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Do not waste your time and money at this checkers. You don’t deserve respect from customers when you can’t even prepare the food properly.

Firstly, I would like to say the food was the BOMB. Everything was hot and flavorful. However, the white girl with the high ponytail working the window had the WORST attitude. She rushed us while we were tying to order. When we asked for sauce she rolled her eyes and slammed the window after taking the money. It was just a disrespectful experience but at least the food was good.

The workers get 5 stars, the Condition of which they work is poor. It is passing out hot in there. I feel sorry for the workers. It’s already a hot day, plus the cooking appliances make it even hotter. Do better. COME FIX YOUR A/C or whatever is messed up. If someone passes out, there will be lawsuits. Take the simple solution.

Ordering took over 10 minutes but we waited even longer for the food at the window. We waited at least 25 minutes for everything. The staff seemed very low and to have 2 lanes, only 1 was for ordering, the other for pickups/delivery only. The food was hot out the fryer. However, the drinks we got were not good. Ended up stopping to buy drinks elsewhere.

They were busy and seemed short handed, but they were friendly. The food was hot and well prepared. Checkers in Philly always gave me anxiety because it took forever with full staff, the food was rushed and never right, and people were always rude… This is wonderful! *****And I spoke too soon… Entered a mobile order, with edits to a sandwich which I was given without the edits and then I was basically told it wasnt there fault, was given no apologize or shown any concern. And laugh at me as I walked away!? Yeah, never again. The young girl in the mobile lane was nice. Not the other one….

Better employees would be a plus. I actually drove away and didn’t get my food. I ordered it, of course, but get to the window, and not only am I ignored, but I can read lips, and they didn’t even know where my order went. Not a fan of that establishment in smithfield any longer
