We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I’ve been here a couple times and if I was just judging on food I’d give it 4 stars but the customer service was terrible both times. Previous time I went I waited 45 minutes to have something missing from the order and food was cold.

If I could rate it a 0 I would, I was just trying to order and I did have questions because I never ate here before and the cashier had a attitude with me and I heard some employees talking bad about me in the back on the speaker, never coming here again, horrible customer service. And not to mention when I said I wanted my fries fresh , I wouldn’t mind parking for them, they just re dropped it in the grease and the fries were extremely hard

Waited at the window with no customers at the drive thru for at least 20mins. Employees sitting in there playing with phones trying to avoid taking orders while eating and drinking. Checkers one of my kids favorite spots that’s the only. Gentleman came to the window and told me someone will be with me and no one came yet. Disappointed and will never come back.

It is ok fast food burger, soft buns, toppings are pretty full and it is not dry like big chains sometimes. Their sweet tea is pretty nice though, better than McDonald’s, Wendy’s…… Apparently they use gold peak sweet tea, must be a different blend of leaves than Lipton.

Well I’m writing this as I’m stuck in their drive-through. I’d already been in line for 5 min I get to order and they don’t have the only item I want, banana shake. Now I’m still stuck in line waiting for everyone in front of me to get through. I think they should offer me something for wasting my time like this.

There is no point anymore in upsizing your combo meal anymore here. The 3 different sized fry containers are all basically the same size. Plus they don’t fill the containers up. The drive thru was so slow, I about turned my engine off. Which is expected at this location. Food was not fresh.
