In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I only got food to go and took up have the parking lot with a trailer. But other customers were nice even though we pulled in at rush time. Sandwiches were so good. Also been a while since I’ve been to a checkers, might be your turn now.

I really don’t ok now where to start. Let’s just leave it at the entire experience sucked! Just one example… I went back onto store to ask for a pack of mayo. I was told that they not only did not have mayo packets but did not have a container to put mayo from the line in! Then, I asked for a replacement BBQ sauce for my daughter. When she opened the one given to her there was just Avery small amount in it. There was not even enough to cover the bottom! The employee let me know that there would be a charge for the sauce. I explained again what was wrong with the sauce and she just told me the costs of the sauce. I just left. It really sucked too cause we drove all the way there from asheville because it was the closest one to us. I will never make that mistake again!! Oh! And mind you… I only wrote about the sauce and mayo. There was so much more but I honestly think most would think I was lying because the experience was so bad!

I wish the owners really review and see these reviews and get rid of worthless ppl. Worst place ever to order, those people in there are mad at the world or something. Worst attitude. At the drive thru, Kayla and her helper argued with me about some of my food missing, I just left and left it like it was. Was not in the mood of keep arguing with them.. Never again.. Kayla get another job if you are not happy

First time here and I am impressed! I ordered for our crew of 14. I had expected to have to wait for such a large order but all the food and drinks came out quickly . They even carried it out to my car and loaded it up for me. The food was very yummy, certainly will be going back here.

Whoever the drive through woman is she is absolutely RUDE!! To tell someone that they can’t have anything because they changed their mind on what they wanted to order is completely unacceptable. The fact that someone like that is allowed to work with the public is ridiculous. Will NOT be spending anymore money here.

Came here at about 7:52 p.m. through the drive-thru I ordered a burger ketchup only, meanwhile they put ketchup mustard and pickles on the burger which is something I did not request, fries, tenders a drink and the funnel cake fries which I never received the funnel cake fries. I then just called the store to just ask him if they would be able to refund it to me and they were persistent that they handed me two bags which they did not I only received one bag. There would be absolutely no reason for me to lie about something like that simply as it’s such a small little item but the fact that the manager lied to the crew member that was on the phone with me about me receiving the funnel cake fries is a little ridiculous the first time and last time ever coming to this company.

Ordered there today, got 1 LG fry pd for 2 didn’t realize till I got home unpacked the bag, tried to call, wrong ph#on receipt, drove back, asked for my pd fries and 1 for my trouble. Girl mgr was unfriendly, inconsiderate, unaccomodating and said we don’t give away free food, got new gen mgr on the phone, she too said no. I told them they just lost a customer over $3 accommodation.

No happy faces….But the food was good and hot.. I ate in my car and went back to ask for Bbq sauce…for my husbands food….and the wanted .27 cents….I didn’t bring my purse in….they still didn’t give it to me…I thought that was petty but okey…I smiled and left….so yeah also the garlic bacon fries we’re good but very sloppy it mad a huge mess…..it needs to be packed better…
